ADNO Program Area

Child Protection & GBV

Aims to safeguard vulnerable populations from harm, abuse, and exploitation. This includes efforts to prevent and respond to Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Child Protection initiatives, such as establishing safe spaces, providing psychosocial support, and implementing community awareness programs.

WASH

Focuses on providing clean water, promoting sanitation, and ensuring hygiene practices to improve public health. Key activities include constructing wells, installing latrines, and conducting hygiene education campaigns.

Education

ADNO with its mission and stretegy, implementing literacy programs within communities, facilitating classes for both children and adults who lack fundamental reading and writing skills.

Health

Establishing and supporting accessible community-based health clinics, including mobile units, to offer essential healthcare services. Engaging in community events to raise awareness about key health issues, promote healthy behaviors, and strengthen community cohesion, thus contributing to better overall health outcomes.

Emergency Relief

Provides immediate assistance during disasters and crises. Activities include distributing food, shelter, medical care, and essential supplies to affected populations, as well as coordinating with other organizations for efficient response and recovery efforts.

Agriculture

Offering training programs on responsible animal husbandry practices to enhance the health and productivity of livestock, thereby ensuring sustainable protein and income sources for communities.
